On 31st July 2020 we will be merging our Bedale branch with our Masham (High Burton) branch and our Bedale branch will close.
What this means for you
Your account with your pet’s clinical history is held within a secure shared database. This will enable us to securely transfer your pet’s records to our Masham branch. This is just 5 miles from Bedale/a 10 minute drive and offers ample parking, and extended opening hours with more appointments enabling us to offer you an even better level of service.
This will remain open as normal and all clients are welcome to attend this branch too. Your account with your pet’s clinical history can also be securely accessed at our Leyburn branch, and if you are a member of The Healthy Pet Club, you will continue to receive your usual discounts and savings at Leyburn too. If you would like to arrange a pre-booked appointment for your pet at Leyburn, please call us on 01969 623024.
Healthy Pet Club
If you are a member of The Healthy Pet Club, your membership will automatically transfer to Masham branch and can continue to enjoy your usual discounts and savings. If you have any concerns regarding your membership please contact email@example.com.

We’re delighted to confirm that all our existing Bedale team will remain, and will be working out of Masham and/or Leyburn where they will continue to care for your pets alongside their colleagues.
